  • What forms of ID do I need to sign up for a 24X7 mailbox?
    Two types of identification are required. One must contain a photograph of the renter.
  • How do I change my mailing address once I’ve signed up with your service?
    Please visit USPS.com/move to change your mailing address.
  • Can I receive packages and mail at your location?
    Yes, we are a physical location and we receive items from all carriers.
  • Can I use your address as my physical address?
    No, we are a mailing address.
  • Can you forward my mail and packages?
    Yes, we can forward you mail. Please visit the "Scanning/Forwarding" section in our homepage to sign up.
  • Do you have any physical mailbox vacancies?
    Yes, we have vacancies.
  • Do you have virtual mailboxes?
    Yes, we have virtual mailboxes
  • What are the sizes of the mailboxes?
    We have small and large mailboxes.
  • Can you receive perishable packages?
    Yes, we can receive perishable packages. An additional charge may be added for refrigeration. Please call us for more details.

    Yes, please be prepared with the declared values for each item for customs and a contact number for the recipient.
